In the gardens of the former horticultural school of Frederiksoord, in Drenthe, 16 visual artists are inspired by the passage of time and the power of nature, which over and over again overcomes human intervention.

Garden studio by appointment
In the garden of the K.F. Hein Fonds at the Maliesingel 28 in Utrecht, a garden studio is available for an artist from the province of Utrecht. The studio is meant for temporary projects
I am allowed to use the garden studio from 1 February to 30 April 2022.
And will investigate what influence this empty space has on my glass work.

The Corning Museum of Glass (CMoG) announced that 100 artists—representing 32 nationalities and working in 25 countries—have been selected to exhibit in New Glass Now, a global survey of contemporary glass and the first exhibition of its kind organized by the Museum in 40 years.

The Art Foundation Perspektief vzw (Haacht-Belgium) organizes its 4th International Glass Biennial located in the cultural triangle of Brussels, Mechelen and Leuven.
The vision for the International Glass Art Biennal is to create an exciting new platform for discovering and presenting glass art with works made by leading and emerging artists.
At various indoor and outdoor locations, spread across Tubbergen, artists show visual art objects, installations, design and stained glass. This is the largest event in the Netherlands around the theme of glass. Every year 15,000 to 20,000 visitors come to admire the works of famous glass artists.
The Kunstschouw will be held for the 25th time. There are works by 200 artists on 39 locations. There are also art projects in typical Zeeland locations that are accessible.
This year attention for art in relation to people and food, climate, transience and beauty. Furthermore, a special exhibition Sweet Sin in a church.
"Fragile Beauty": guest curator Katjuscha Otte brings together the work of six artists, characterized by refined beauty that expresses strength and vulnerability. With Ans Bakker, Jaap Beets, Nicolette Bernard, Marie Louise Dooijes and Philip Wiesman. a performance by Dineke Groenhof Blaauw on Sunday 8 April and a lecture on glass art "Zeeuws Licht" on Sunday 15 April

Glass is a beautiful material, like window glass, drinking glass or vase. But there is another application: art. Glass 4 Ever shows how glass looks like when it has no other use as a carrier of the creativity of the maker. With the work of 25 Dutch artists, the Gorcums Museum shows how versatile the material can be glass. a lecture at 11 pm on 11 February 2018 at the Museum.

And yet, Belgium’s glass scene is still relatively young. The glass department at the Instituut voor Kunst en Ambacht, or IKA for short, located in the Belgian town of Mechelen, has done pioneering work here at the highest level.

Stanislav Libenský is considered as the most outstanding Czech glasswork artist and pedagogist. His works created in collaboration with Jaroslava Brychtová are presented in museums and galleries all over the world.
In the window of the cookbookstore Jonah Freud you can seed buy and fly mij glass collection 'GLA(N)S - Loverstory. In the window is a beautiful presentation from the book 'Winterfeest' from Kamer 465/Anya vd Wetering together with my glass collection.
